Deposits

Every deposit’s protection deadline, tracked.

Tracks every deposit’s 30-day protection deadline across your whole portfolio, so no deposit misses its window. Each deposit shows the step that’s still outstanding and flags the ones due soon or overdue.

What this tool does

Portfolio-wide register

Every received deposit across all properties, grouped by property, with the amount, scheme and protection deadline together.

30-day deadline

The protection deadline is worked out from the date the deposit money is received — received plus 30 calendar days — so the clock starts itself.

Step-based status

Each deposit reads Deposit not received, Deposit not protected, Prescribed information not complete, or Complete — the exact step still outstanding.

Urgency colours

Green when complete, amber within two days of the deadline, red once overdue — readable at a glance without opening the detail.

Dashboard surfacing

A red pill on the Deposits tile counts every deposit overdue or due within two days, so none slips past its window.

Custodial and insured

Manages both custodial and insured deposit schemes — set the scheme type once for your organisation and track its 30-day protection the same way for either.

Automatic DPS connection

Coming soon: a direct connection to DPS, so deposits protect and reconcile automatically without leaving the toolkit.
